Digital Marketing Specialist

As we are growing exponentially, we are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be suitable for someone who is eager to develop his/her talents through a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team’s development of digital marketing strategy, with focus on company’s main website, eDM, social media accounts, google business accounts, SEO, SEM

• Analyze online user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys, funnel analysis, and customer segments to develop effective strategies and action plans;

• Provide SEM/ SEO strategy and eDM or A/B testing to drive online sales by increasing website traffic and optimizing site conversion;

• Manage and monitor KPIs including annual, monthly, or weekly performance targets, traffic targets, and conversion rate targets;

• Implement media strategies via multiple online and offline platforms; monitor advertising metrics to optimize campaign performance;

• Build and maintain a good relationship with media and business partners;

• Lead all CRM projects and loyalty programs, data analysis, and insight

• Develop of creative writing, promotion and marketing concepts for all media channels

• Design and proofread marketing collaterals

• Provide project planning, program calendar and management

Requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing or related discipline

• At least 2 years of Digital Marketing experience

• Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and best practices such as Facebook ad manager, Google ad words, Google analytics, and CRM

• Result-driven, highly flexible, positive attitude towards new challenges in a fast-growing business and strong organizational
